What is your shipping schedule?
We do our best to ship out orders within two business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. It's important to note that international orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order times vary depending on location. Typical order times are listed below, but please note that, while we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible, once it leaves our hands it is up to the postal service to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
Domestic US shipping usually arrives within 7 days
Priority Shipping arrives within 2-3 days
International Orders (including Canada) typically take 2-4 weeks
What is your return policy?
We normally accept returns within 30 days. You will be required to pay the return postage. If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at email@example.com
Please note that any items bought on sale are not available for returns. We can exchange for different sizes if available, though.
