To care for your sweatshirt, wash in cold water and dry in low heat.
What is your shipping schedule?
We do our best to ship out orders within two business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. It's important to note that international orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order times vary depending on location. Typical order times are listed below, but please note that, while we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible, once it leaves our hands it is up to the postal service to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
Domestic US shipping usually arrives within 7 days
Priority Shipping arrives within 2-3 days
International Orders (including Canada) typically take 2-4 weeks
What is your return policy?
We normally accept returns within 30 days. You will be required to pay the return postage. If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at info@valleycruisepress.com
Please note that any items bought on sale are not available for returns. We can exchange for different sizes if available, though.
We’re Kelley and Ted Feighan, founders of Valley Cruise Press and spouses with a passion for colorful design, getting cozy and all things nature. We founded our small business in 2014 from our studio apartment with the mission to bring the work of our favorite illustrators and friends to life. While we may have started as a zine publisher we have been excited to see Valley Cruise Press expand through the years to include apparel, home goods and awesome accessories of all kinds!
With the expansion of our product offerings, we've also expanded our mission to encompass the belief that small businesses like ours can and should do good. That is why we donate 1% of all purchases to organizations that align with our missions of sustainability and social activism. Since the inception of our VCP Gives Program in 2020 we have donated more than $20,000 to charities that align with our mission.
As we work to continue this momentum of good, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint each year. We manufacture most of our products in the US, focus on using sustainable packaging, and always choose to support our local economy when possible.
